lin_evol_opt_gen_detailed_data_separate_bases(model, model_data)

function generating the detailed data for models with sensitivity derivatives. Separate bases for the approximation of the solution and the derivatives are generated.

  • verbose —  flag indicating the verbosity level of informative output
  • optimization.params_to_optimize —  optimization.params to optimize
  • base_model.optimization.params_to_optimize —  base model.optimization.params to optimize

  • RB —  The reduced bases for the solution
  • RB_der —  cell array with thr reduced bases for the derivative solution
  • RB_info —  Usual info field
  • RB_der_info —  cell array containing the RBinfo for the derivative reduced bases
